When you pay talent to post, you fund the fee before the offer goes out and Comms adds its fee on top. Nothing comes out of the talent’s side.
A $1,000 fee costs you $1,100. Unspent budget comes back with its share of the fee.

Yes. Starter is free for as long as you like, with up to 2 live drops at a time, your own talent list and one seat. Move to Growth when you want the talent network, Wants and results.
A gift counts once it’s claimed and shipped. Growth includes 200 a month (Agency includes 200 per client), then it’s $4 per gift. Invites that nobody claims, and gifts cancelled before they ship, never count.
You set the talent’s fee and fund it before the offer goes out. Comms adds 10% on top, paid by you. Talent keep their full fee, released once their post is live.
Never. Joining, claiming gifts and taking paid deals is free for talent and talent managers, and talent keep their full fee.
Use your own UPS, FedEx or DHL account and labels carry no Comms fee. Labels bought through Comms are $0.50 each on top of postage. You can also paste tracking, or send orders to Shopify or ShipStation on Growth.
$400 for each client workspace a month, with a 3 client minimum. Your whole team gets seats, and client teams get approver or view-only seats for their own brand.
If you look after a handful of talent, managing your roster on Comms is free. For agencies with many agents and large rosters, Enterprise adds unlimited rosters and seats, a contract that suits how you buy, and a named contact to set it up with you.
